Who is the worst QB in Canes history?

Kirby was 1-14 for 84 yards against NCST. The 1 completion was a screen that was housed.

I remember being home from college at my parents who didn’t get the game. I had to follow on their CPU on game cast. My dad threatened to kill me numerous times because he was sick of hearing “are you ****** kidding me?”.

The worst part was that despite a completely inept performance by Freeman, we were still in position to win the game. We drove right down the field on our last possession in regulation. Ran right through the NC State defense. Then we got down inside the 10 and Shannon called back to back fades to Shields who was probably our smallest WR on the team. Neither worked and we settled for a field goal, and then lost in OT.
 
JW may not be the worst but he is my least favorite , with his pouting and demeanor, hope he hits the Portal or the Pine.

Kyle Wright doesn’t belong on this list. I still remember him driving us down the field against FSU in 2005 in his first start and thinking he was going to be great. Bad coaching killed him. Rosier has to be worse than Freeman. Rosier couldn’t hit the side of a barn.

Did Kyle have a 10 win season?
Judging by the Crap Miami has produced in QBs, a 10 game winner can't be considered the worst of all time..

Rosier won ten games because the coaching staff was able to hide his inefficiencies. Once other teams figured it out, Rosier couldn’t hit the side of a barn.
