Let’s say Enos offensive scheme starts to take off and we are really producing

It is well known he wants to be a head coach. If he leaves, would we have anyone on staff to continue his work?

When Manny hired him, did he plan for this? Or will we again have our players learn another system all over again. No one really runs his system in college so even if it did take off, did manny cover his bases?

As already stated, we don't need to "worry" about this happening. Also, learning a new system would be good in my opinion. Next offense needs to be spread all the way. It needs to be tried at the very least. Miami theoretically could be the spread mecca but it's **** near the only school that hasn't tried it.

Then why run it in the first place. Do you think Manny thought about that?

So you think that no college program should run any system unless they already have the next coordinator lined up?

How long did you think about this before you decided to post it?
Asking two questions. If Enos scheme takes off and is putting up numbers. Is there a staff member who could run the offense?

If not, then why run that scheme because it will essentially die when Enos left.

Second question was directed at Manny. Why did we not choose a system that could become a Hurricane style of play?

One step at a time.
Let's see the offense take off.
If it happens, let's enjoy it while we have it.

Enos ain't getting any HC interest, but I would be shocked if other teams in search of an OC don't gauge his interest. Even with the offense looking as it is, some high profile teams are going to hit him up in the offseason.

Dude, please return to your mother's basement and stay away from sharp objects.
