Just kidding, I don't know ****...

But this kid is a Miami linebacker. All over the field, shedding blocks, making great reads, diagnosing plays, tackling with authority, making 1-handed picks and drilling QB's eliciting fake roughing calls. This DL is making life easy for our backers, but it's great to see this young man coming into his own.

One of WB's biggest improvements to me has been his coverage ability. He has also been a menace for anything coming around his side which is awesome. Moten and Harris have been awesome as well. Enjoy the ride fellas, I know its still early but everything seems to be clicking and trending in the right direction... GO CANES

wes has played alot of football and it seems to have clicked for him. Harris, Moten, and Bryant are showing alot. it's exciting to see how we have developed Mario's kids. cant wait to see what happens with the Patterson, Scott's, lightfoots, etc.

Wes is vastly improved from last season. Young man is making the right reads, flowing to the ball, playing through the whistle. So impressive. He's leading the charge to bring back LB U. We have some stud LBs.

What player hasn't take a step is a better question. I'm a little disappointed in Richard, and a little surprised that Markeith is still not ready to be a starter. But overall it feels like we're hitting on all cylinders.

Wes has set the tone early in every game so far.

I remember all offseason people downing this man and I was like HOWWWW.. You could see the light flicker on to end last season, making impact plays in fsu game and he had a great spring. I was like the kid is RIGHT ON SCHEDULE going into his third year..

It's a lesson not to expect guys straight out of HS to be AAs. Some guys just need time. He was flashing but unreliable last year. Now everything is clicking and he's the baller we all thought he would be.

It crazy reading posts from doubters on Samson, Kinsler, Ray Ray, Robby, etc. They're still early in their second year. If they're not firing at some point in their third year, time to grow concerned. Before then, just trust this staff knows talent when it sees it. It also bothers me when we talk about starting true freshmen like Scott over third-years like Clark, Moten and Horton. If he EARNS it and beats them out for playing time, absolutely. But he may not be quite ready. That doesn't mean he still can't be an AA in the future.
