Do whatever needs to be done to take Smith out of the game or at least minimize him. Take your chances with everyone else.

No one is shutting him down completely. I just think from a physicality, size, and speed combination - Damari is the guy with traits that may be most favorable. The good thing - I dont have to make this decision, and I trust Mr.Heatherman 100% (pay this man now). But I will say this, it better not be OJ Frederique, as thats a bad matchup.

OJ is the best guy for the job, and you know it, everybody knows it. Did you pay any attention in the fourth quarter, in the last drive vs A&M? He was one-on-one vs Concepcion; they didn’t target him, not one time. Same thing vs Eric Singleton last year. What are we talkin’ about here? Don’t think OJ can handle Smith’s power or strength. Smith has power like Metcalf when he was in college, but he’s a better pure WR and fast as well.

If imma be honest this is a team effort, the whole secondary needs to be locked in.

Let the debate continue on handling Smith, but Tate is a first-round talent as well & TE is another threat. Ohio State is gonna want to get the ball out quick, so tackling & limiting YAC will be pivotal.
