I am.

Hitting it back on the West Coast, the best Coast. (Bunnies).

Let's all do this and next season. Roll to Nor Cal again. Bay area is cool. It's Nor-Cal. Big time School.

But...We Canes.

ND for sure with a “highly likely” visit to Stanford. Love the tailgating at Stanford where you park on campus under the towering Eucalyptus trees drinking your beer, wine (this is California), etc. No alcohol in the stadium. But, you can leave the stadium at halftime, visit your car to drink up again, and then return to the game. A unique refueling opportunity.

Friday night to California is not conducive to a working man. Went to the Cal game last year. Besides my for sure away game this year is ND.

Highly likely. Gonna mix in some Napa wineries either pre or post game day.

ND should be fun and it would be great to erase the memories from attending the last game in South Bend; however, I’m probably gonna opt for Clemson. I haven’t been to a game at Clemson since we won in 2010.

50/50 at this point. Leaning ND game. Not sure I can pull off two game trips.
Same Boat. I am probably still going to be in Denver this fall. So, going to South Bend is not that far, and seeing Miami AT Notre Lame is a bit of a dream game to be at.

But....I grew up in NorCal and have a couple close childhood friends that have followed the U with me since Elementary School. They are excited to have the chance to see the Canes in person, in their backyard. Yes, one of them went to the Cal game, where I met some of y'all and DMoney. That weekend was a blast. Stanford won't be that level, (or maybe?). But it should still be very cool...

Choices. Or if I win a Lottery, I will buy a Boatload of tickets for all of us...And we all go to both games.

Im prob doing the Napa trip and game as well
From growing up in NorCal (Davis,Sac)

Napa wineries (sp) are a great experience. I still have close friends that are in Napa and that industry. I can help with good game planning and ideas for ya. If you want that.

Where Stanford is at, is a few hours without traffic. And there is always traffic. It's the Bay.

But, awesome area, plan to spend double what you are calculating. See the Golden Gate Bridge. Be in the city after Napa. Hotels will be $$.

But...We all can meet up and hopefully watch our Canes put a whooping on Stanford.

I have two kids in college right now and they both want to go to both games. Unfortunately, like their books, tuition and computers; they assume Dad's "got this." I live far enough away from the Bay that I'll need at least one night in a hotel, probably two. I have a load of friends in Chicago, so we can at least crash there....and spend money on plane tickets rather than hotel rooms. Pizsing on the Notre Dame campus is mandatory for my kids.

I’m a Napa veteran, this was the first year in like 8 I didn’t make the trip. I absolutely love it out there. Have made some friends in the industry and have an affinity for the small family operators. Really enjoyed Healdsburg the last couple times out there. It’s like a fringe benefit of taking these PAC teams into the ACC.

When we went to Cal in 2024, we hit these Napa wineries:

Saintsbury
Del Dotto
Blankiet Estate
Kapcsándy
Cardinale
Alpha Omega

Going again and this time we plan to hit Sonoma.

open to suggestions
