I have a hard time seeing Mario sending both Gattis and Steele packing and completely revamping both sides of the ball after year one.

Steele's resume and industry respect will probably buy him another go-around in 2023 with an improved (portal) roster, which isn't the end of the world.

Much prefer and offensive side of the ball overhaul (if it's either-or) and to see bad-fit Gattis moving on.

Posted elsewhere that it used to be you could only have a certain amount of coaches on the road at the same time. Not sure if it's still the case or not?

In regard to Steele, often times one of the senior members (no pun intended) of a staff would stay behind to watch over the current roster if something were to happen. Not saying that's whats going on but it could be maybe?
