Who I would fire and in what order

Exactly how this is setting up to play out. This is the most likely scenario IMO. What a sh*t show in the Gables.

I’d like to think James is just a puppet for the higher ups and unfortunately takes the criticism in exchange for the $$$
 
For as underqualified as Manny is...if you put a gun to my head and force me to choose only 1 person that gets fired, it HAS to be James.

I'll eat another season of Manny just to get a competent AD in here. A competent AD fires Manny after a year with little hesitation so I wouldn't be worried about it.

you are 100% spot on. remember when Al got blitzed by Clemson 58-0. Fake James expressed support for Al.
Boom 24 hrs later BOT said he has to go.... not a peep from Fake James

I don't think we can fire Diaz right now, he is on the hot seat and will be #1 on my list next year most likely.

1. James - puts everyone on notice and signals change, not to mention he deserves it.
2. Enos - Had no ol to work with +whole O hurt vs. duke sure...But he refused to adapt to OL weaknesses AND play calling in GT/FIU was horrific imo... huge ego

4. Barry- little bit of a raw deal...but stubborn personnel and where is the recruiting???

7. Stubbs (not even terrible, don't understand his recruiting decisions)
8. Patke

I don't think you can fire Hickson because the way he has recruited this year, but if we lose Knighton in the next 2.5 weeks, he makes the list too... Stroud can leave or stay w me, but he has a nice haul coming in and probably deserves a another year. Pass rush inconsistent but still more good than bad from DL and he's landing kids. I'd keep Field no matter what and give him more responsibility, he should be #1 in Sofla...not inflicting Banda on these kids.

I believe at least 3 staff changes need to be made IN ADDITION TO JAMES

And 3 losses or worse next year (and maybe even at 3 depending on to who and how healthy we are) = Diaz goes next year.

Also funny af that Rumph gets credit when guys he didn't recruit play well but the minute a dJ slow Ivey blows it it's the players fault. Not the eval not the guy that recruited him. Funny af on here

major roadblock is Strawley absolutely butchered the Mullen contract situation when he wanted to leave MSU

Barry was a tough call for me...But I don't understand him not knowing where he was early in the season with some of these guys...Sure you wanted Scaiffe to be a guard, I get it...But to throw those tackles out there (And then not bench or at least give a break) vs. UF? And again the guy seems like a lot of NFL guys that come to college, like recruiting is a pain in the a$$ to him...We need numbers BAD right now.

Yeah I'm lost with current OL recruiting (sound familiar?). Even seeing Herbert and Hillary get shamed against Duke had to have been a warning sign to go for three more (not counting Smith).

I think you read my Rumph wrong? I'm in agreement there...I can't watch guys like DJ Ivey blow games for Miami, and say "Mike Rumph is doing a good job"

And yeah Manny Diaz is NOT firable right now imo...As in not right at this moment. We need at least 14-15 of those 17 early entrees that are signing in 2 weeks...PRogram is on life support, and can't bring in a recruiting class like last year again this year. Firing Diaz next october or November makes this thing move faster because you have something to build on (the studs coming in in 2 weeks, and there are a lot of them)

If I had to predict, I would prob agree with you...I'm cheering otherwise because I cheer for UM to win every single game they play. But he appears overmatched.

And honestly I think your prediction... a better time than right now if we can get these early enrollees to stick. We need kids, quality ones, RIGHT NOW. And we have a good bit in this class, a large percentage which will be signing in a couple weeks.
 
If James is first to go, Strawley MUST be #2, otherwise there’s a good chance she’ll become #1...
 
ENOS HAS TO GO!!! NUMERO UNO Miami is Dead last for 3rd down Conversions bottom 3rd in Scoring and YPG. He actually did worse than last years offense we hired him for at least minimal improvement and he made an abysmal offense regress GET HIM THE **** OUTTA HERE.

"Perception" ??? perception by WHO ???? Miami lost to Ga Tech, Duke, and FIU and is a LAUGHINGSTOCK ! the Miami program is swirling in the toilet and you talk about perception ...... and the Miami admin is NOT "all about image" .. SMH !
