Who do you want to replace CoRch Rix?

This list is useless without the Utah State Head Coach Matt Wells. One of the best in the game right now and currently affordable. Take a look at what they are doing at Utah State, both offensively and defensively.

I’d be more than fine with Canada but he’s a journey men and we need continuity to build a dominant offense. I expect Locksley to eventually get the Maryland job so Canada should be looking for somewhere else pretty soon.

Unpopular opinion but would anyone be opposed to tee Martin or Hugh freeze as an offensive coordinator ? Tee Martin is one of the best recruiters in football and had a good offense the last few years before this season at usc.

Babers w/ Mike Lynch as our OC. Diaz is the new Bud Foster. Defensive staff remains the same. Babers brings in a new S&C coach along with his guys on offense. Our AD tells Babers to hire a south Florida guy to coach Rb or WR. Keep Cooney and Baez.

I am all for Tee Martin. Don't be surprised he goes to FAU with Lane to be the OC. I just used Canada as an example. but if Richt makes the OC/QB coach changes and Oline coach changes he will buy himself some more time

I like Wells too and think he should get an interview, but realistically, our top 4 list was Schiano, Butch, Richt, and Dan Mullen. The powers that be won't go for a guy like Matt Wells IMO

Tee Martin would be a good offensive coordinator but Richt will hire someone who he has worked with before. It wasn't until the final days at UGA until he hired an outside mind like Pruitt

I tend to agree but I don't want to say what he will do before it happens. Man won 10 games last year, let's give him the benefit of seeing what he does first before jumping to conclusions.

How come Holgorsen isn't on the list?

1. PETERSON (doesn't hurt to try)
2. Dino/Dana
3. Campbell
4. Leach/Kiffin
5. Briles/Brohm

Butch Davis as AD.

All of the above would be a significant upgrade from Rick.
 
Leach taught Babers everything he knows. Leach is the true innovator. Babers is just running his system.

You guys want an innovator, Mike Leach is your guy.

Holgerson is twice as nutty as Mike Leach, and has half the brains.

I'd take him over Rix.
 
I voted for Leach. It's an easy answer IMO. The more realistic action though is to make Diaz HC and hire a new OC, OL, RB, and Special Teams coach. Then keep Hartley at TE only and Dugans at WR. I believe Briles would jump on the chance to be the OC at UM over Houston. Seriously, do you want Diaz or Dorito on the other side of you?
