Lol. I would take Kiffin in a heartbeat right now.
Been on the Babers train since 15.

Fun to talk about, but it ain't happenin. Settle in for another 2-3 years of Mork Rekt.

I know but you have to factor in a year or so until richt is gone and richt is the same age and I feel like his energy has just been drained significantly since last year ..

I just prefer to go a young proven route with the next coach. His offense is Lethal but the defense suffers from his philosophy

A few interesting sleeper candidates from smaller schools:

1) Seth Littrell, North Texas HC. Won 5, 9, and now 7-2 so far this year. Former OC at UNC when their offense was actually good, and also an OC at Indiana and Arizona. Only 40 years old. Coached under Leach for like three years at Texas Tech so he's been influenced by that school of offense.

2) Scott Satterfield, Appalachian State. Since they transferred from FCS to the Sun Belt he's won 7, 11, 10, 9, and 6-2 thus far this year (took Penn State to the wire in week 1). Plus he employs Ponce (OC) and the underrated Shane Clark as OL coach.

3) Seen him brought up here before, but I like Neal Brown at Troy a lot. Only 38 and won 4, 10, 11, and 7-2 so far this year.

This. Way too early for this thread/poll. Richt is here at least through the end of the 2020 season. Let's just hope he figures something out between now and then.

I want A great offense with a dominant 4-3 defense,

Pay babers 3.5 -3.75 million which should be an upgrade at what he’s gettign now and should free up more more to go to the defensive coordinator ala Diaz. I’m not sold on Diaz being a head coach, his recruiting skills are not anywhere close to elite and still has those games where you be like wtf but overall i like him at Miami for sure

Wouldn't that be the same as us ponying up the money for an OC. In my opinion a Richt-HC, Matt Canada-OC, Diaz-DC pairing would be just as deadly.
