Give me Aranda, or Raymond. Or we can get Leavitt as a backup plan.
Leavitt....BTW, what is he doing now?
He's absolutely stinking up the joint at Colorado. But he yells and has an ugly mug so our fans want him.
Muschamp has claimed his services already. If he's such a home run why didn't Auburn hire him?I like Lance Thompson from Auburn.
He was LB coach there and was their interim DC against Memphis. Held them to 200 yes of offense.
He is from the Saban/Muschamp coaching tree and has previous experience as a DC. Runs a hybrid D similar to what Florida ran the last few years.
Was named Recruiter of the year twice while with Alabama. Also coached with Saban at LSU.
He would be a home run hire.

I have no idea if he's good or not, but from what few games I saw of Colorado this year, he didn't have much to
work with.
I saw a very small and unathletic group of players which is not good when you're lining up against Pac12 offenses.
All I know is, if you have the money to spend, you go after an elite, proven DC.
Otherwise, you go after an up and comer position coach who's a logical move to DC. You don't go after a DC with experience who has proven to be average at best. It would be a lazy hire that screams mediocrity. Jancek, BVG and the like, are all average DC's with a ton of experience proving they are slightly above average at THEIR BEST.
Id rather take a chance on an unknown who might be the next Jeremy Pruitt but could suck, then to settle for a known that is mediocre. At least ****ing take a chance on being great instead of ****ing giving up.

So he'd rather be a position coach under Muscrap than the DC at Auburn? That's why Auburn couldn't get him as DC?
