Who do we want?

Obviously Cristobal, but that's a pipe dream at this point.

To me it's clear that coaching is the reason we aren't winning the coastal. And we aren't going to compete with anyone until we can consistently do that. So let's hire an actual football coach, I don't hate the idea of looking in the NFL.

Please don't talk about culture fit anymore, kids just want to win.

Whoever the coach is needs to have multiple years of head coaching and be able to bring in good assistants (might make an exception for Brady).

Schiano would build a good program. Remember he was with Urban and he’s wanted this job for a while.

Chadwell’s offense is like 5 years ahead of college football. Talent is the only thing stopping him from putting 50 on everybody. He’d be a great choice in terms of coaches we possibly could get.
 
Billy Napier is the type of coach an SEC school hires. Just elite on the trail. He’d be another great hire in terms of realistic options.
