Anyone got a line on pregame bars? Was going to tailgate but not in the upper 30s and snow.

I posted a couple/few days ago that I saw a FaceBook post from the Canes United road crew that they were meeting up pregame at the Orange Crate Brewing Company

They also have a Friday night meetup … let me know if u need details

That was the first place that I found on google. I went to school near there 20+ years ago, love armory square and tip hill just wasn’t sure about near the dome.

Where is the best place to park?

I was thinking of Euclid area, and walking or Ubering it.

Are there other areas in the city to park where I can just Uber it to the game that you know of? Was thinking of grabbing an early lunch before the game.

Figured I'd ask someone that knows the area. I'm a NYer through and through but Syracuse may as well be Toledo.

I live in Rochester, been to a couple games, I know there is a parking area where you can take a short shuttle but the name is escaping me.

We plan on hitting up a bar close to the dome and walking or Ubering. For food, armory square and Tiphill.

I was debating if i should park at Skytop, and take the shuttle...

Ideally, I can grab something to eat before the game, hit a bar, smoke a joint (or two), and check out the campus.

Looks like it’s only a 5-8 minutes walk to JMA from Orange Crate Brewing. Going to Uber there from the hotel and walk to the game.

Plan on getting to Syracuse around 1130-12, may park close to the bars if possible or I’ve been told there are other garages or lots near the dome.

Looks like weather wise with all the Lake Effect snow. Probably good decision.

You also have places like Dinosaur BBQ, but I think it’s overrated. If anyone has any questions, let me know. I live in the city. It’s not a great place by any means but there are some hidden gems.

Right. I don’t think it’s trash, but it’s not anything to write home about. There are many hidden gems in the area, though.

No ****, lived in Ontario for 18 years so well versed to this and it’s ******* freezing here tonight! Been told by the locals Skytop and shuttle is the way to go
