I don't know if any here has or is a Black Belt in TKD or any other forum , but it took me (3) years seven days a week training to qualify to test for 1st degree BB with Master Sabomnim approval .
It was so intense had to get oxygen / ice packs (4) hours bloody nose mess , black eye full contact no remorse had to know Korean very basic language all communications were in Korean finally passed was helped off floor and administered to.

Took 2nd degree (3) years later was even worse almost (4) hours again none stop pounding relentless , I was unsuccessful never retook test life stepped in never went back.

(15) People were in my group most like me dropped out a couple stayed and are 5-6 degree BB they are very special and formidable is crossed and test in Korea in view of 7-8 degree Grand Masters.

For every degree the degree level is only a guess of the years to qualify for test only with your Master Sabomnim approval.
