if you saw the **** show that was leaving that game, you wouldn't be surprised. it was horrific planning by Camping World Stadium. everyone was funneled into a few exits and made it nearly impossible to get out and obviously increased stress levels. it was hot as **** in that POS stadium with no fans anywhere and that place was at a standstill leaving.
 
Mike Ryan discussed this on the local hour (the best hour but I digress) of Lebatard's show today. Basically said the UiF band director is a maniac and that he personally had a run in with the weirdo. That the dude thinks he can scream at fans to not walk in front of or near his cadre of nerds and that this situation happened when the idiot screamed at some Canes fan's woman. They also said the guy was basically only tripped and made a big deal about it.....but knew better than to try to press charges.

Typical UiF weak sauce nonsense.

yeah the real story came out last night on twitter. its a joke. thank god our next neutral site game is in atlanta.

WTF?! Man this is not even news.. They made it seemed like he was jumped or something... He probably tried to stop some drunk gator fan and that dude G checked him.. The cop was right there and just shook his head and radio for emt to appease him.. That was also on Gator side of stadium, sounds like propaganda to me..

I noted this in a post yesterday that was started by a gator and subsequently was deleted.

Much more complicated than some drunk sore loser.

The band (who was being as obnoxious as everyone else there) filed out right in front of people trying to leave and blocked their exit.

Lady got loud and tried to continue to exit, band members yelled back at her and blocked her. Band director put his hands on the lady who was trying to leave to keep her from walking through the band, getting very much in her face to yell at her.

Some guy, probably with her, then grabbed the band director from behind, yanked him off her, and threw said band director to the ground (really, not even as violent as that). Happened very fast, and by the time the cop - who was just on the other side of the band - showed up it was pretty much over.

Some other girl - not part of the scuffle but possibly in the vicinity - apparently got a nose bleed because she had a panic attack courtesy of crappy stadium management in figuring out how to shuffle massive amounts of people out.

That's it. Actually that's not complicated at all. If band director wants to lay hands on people trying to be a tough guy, he should not be surprised by certain repercussions.

This is only a story because it’s North Florida reporting on Miami. That male band director grabbed a female, which is a b*tch move. Not a story if it’s not Miami.

The news tried so hard to make it sound like he viciously beaten for no good reason. Then they wonder why people don't think they have any credibility.
