Rank these individuals from who had the most talent and ruined it all for themselves.

Seantrel Henderson, Willie Williams, Fred Rouse, Marcus Vick, Maurice Clariett

1. The Predator
2. Clarrett
3. Henderson
4. Rouse

I wouldn't consider the younger Vick to be in the same league as the above.

The Fugg is this thread supposed to mean??? If a recruit ruins it for themselves it's usually because they were good enough for stardom but behavior issues ruined their careers.

All of these guys were simply vastly overrated coming out of high school and that's the reason they went nowhere. Only Claret was the real deal but even he would have only been elite in college.

Do you honestly believe that if SH had a good work ethic and attitude, he would not have succeeded?

As for ruining it the worst, not just most talent, it is Seantrel hands down. Left tackle in the NFL is such a priority position and he could've made a ton of money had he applied himself.

Agreed! He would've at least been a 3rd round pick if not for that poor performance at the pro day and another failed drug test at the combine. Its round 5 and he still has not yet been selected.

My point is just that you say they were overrated, but you contradict yourself by saying they had all the talent. To say they had the talent to be stars, but then say they went nowhere because they are overrated doesn't really fit.

For example, SH has the talent and size, do we really doubt that? If he had a good WE, he might have actually lived up to they hype. He was not overrated so much as he was hyped and expectations were high based on what he could have been. Not realizing his talent to its fullest potential is different than being overrated imo. Overrated is more about us saying someone is already good, but in reality they are not.

Talent schmalent.

Rouse- overrated
Seantrel- overrated
Williams- overrated ( he was 20 playing against kids in h.s.)
Vick - never projected to play in NFL
CLARETT-FANTASTIC talent who lived up to it. Definite issues contributed to his demise but might not have been NFL talent anyway

Three of them went to jail. Two of them were never any good in college. Is it really fair to even include Henderson in this list because he was a little lazy and smoked weed? He stayed on a college roster for four years and never had a "major" incident. He was a solid starter for 3-4 years. He may have hurt his draft stock and his wallet but who's to say he won't be a good NFL player? Who's to say he ever has another incident with the law again? He doesn't belong anywhere near that group.

I would put Seantrel at the top if only because a dominant left tackle is the second most valuable position in the league. After that, it's tie between Willie and Fred.

Marcus Vick and Mo Clarrett aren't even in the same conversation as those three.
