Manny wont be fired year 1

but he needs to purge the entire staff and re hire a new one

I dont think he has the balls though
 
He can’t fire everyone his friends are on staff in D. It was JUST the offensive staff that made last years team so bad
 
Baker is just running Mannys gimmick defense, he’s not the main problem
 
When you hire a coach with no connections or pedigree, you get shoddy coordinators and position coaches. Manny could fire them, but no one is gonna come down to Miami to work for him for a year, only to be looking for another job after that. As far as the teams I follow go, Manny failing at Miami is the biggest no duh for me recent sports memory.
 
The offense put the D in terrible spots..but then the D did stupid **** in key moments..like I said last night , the team got punked. And that just as much on the players as it is the coaches..same as with CMU and GT..lack of a killer mentality against teams that have no reason being on the field with them

If Manny was serious about making “changes” and winning he would have fired him last night to send a message. It’s the one coach were Manny can take over his responsibilities for final two games. At seasons end fire everyone else that needs to go. But all that noise is just Lisps service.
