My point was that the staff makes decision on who is Miami caliber and who isn't. Further, they're deciding who fills specific needs and who would fit in with the team. Sometimes they decide that a kid the board loves doesn't have the right mindset or he's too much/not enough like somebody they already have. It's not enough to say he's good on tape we should take him. In the end it comes down to if you trust the staff's evals or not, and I do. I wish they would land these 5* guys who enjoy getting recruited a little too much, but I can't fault their evaluations.
