When you guys watched Mendoza, did you really think "Oh, yeah, this guy should be the #1 overall pick in the draft!!!!"

From limited time watching him he does a few things very well. Great leader, accurate with throws, and very intelligent. I think those things do equal a high draft grade. Not the most talented but I think that aspect is overrated for quarterbacks when looking at arm talent and running ability.

Yea, and Sagapolutele is the best pure passer in college. Arch has a very high ceiling and i' think he'll be a better pro.

Lot of QB options next summer.

If I'm the Dolphins I'd Take Jeremiah Smith who is about as sure a pick as you can get in the draft n if Malik Willis doesn't inspire confidence after next szn Draft a QB the following year.

Not unreasonable, but highly unlikely based on Jon-Eric Sullivan's 22 years with Green Bay and being mentored by Ron Wolf disciples.

His team-building philosophy is rooted in drafting a QB every year & finding good WRs in later rounds. He was part of the room that moved up to the first round to draft Jordan Love in 2020 when Aaron Rodgers was still playing in GreenBay.

Jeremiah Smith fits the physical profile Sullivan likes, but not for a top 5 pick. He's a 'draft as the lifeblood of the organization' type, so if Willis cements himself as the franchise QB i'd expect Sullivan to trade down for a haul.

I don’t think Archie’s gonna do well in the NFL in my opinion. He’s not a great passer.

Go watch him against the Gators last year and you’ll understand what I mean. He’s extremely inconsistent.

Or throw on the UTEP game. He was absolutely horrible in that game. I think he was under 40% passing.
