When will Bain Be Back???

Soft tissue injury ruined my entire junior year because I kept rushing back. There’s no need to be impatient with Bain. Get him right and have him for the second half of the schedule.

I pulled a hammy in 9th grade. Hurt so bad it was hard to sit down to 💩💩💩

Thought it was healed and popped it first basketball game of the season. They are tricky as you never truly know when you can go 100%

Yep, you think it’s all good then there’s a twinge in it when you explode. It gets to be mental.

If we don't need him back, then he should take his time and get healthy. He's not going to lose his spot to anyone.

I had a problem with my ischias due to hamstring issues. Muscle was tight due to usage, one bad movement and my back was gone.

That was two years ago and I've just started to really fix it. Hammys are so important and so connected to movement.

Therapeutic massages. My back goes out every couple months.

He's got to get some reps to get in playing shape, he hasn't hit anyone, I'm assuming, since he walked off the field vs UF. AT least not game type of hitting.

I'm hearing it's Rivers we need to be worried about. He may be out for longer than most anticipated.
