calling people out who arent getting the job done is being a "soft-shouldered millenial" ?
OP is probably one of those "aww shucks well get them next time coach" type of soft -shouldered, who cares about wins and losses, lets just have fun, lets not keep score type of soft-shouldered baby boomer

Lmao..,ok San Fran...we hypothetically run the table and get to the ACC ship...then get our pee pee smacked AGAIN by Clemson bc we have failed to address the O-line disparity, Special Teams abortion, and horrid play calling scheme in "3" years running now. We deserve much better as fans after the past 12 years of pure ****...especially with the pay check being furnished to our Head Corch is around the neighborhood of $4mil a year.

When we hired Patke as the last on field coach and didn't go the OC route...I knew we were in serious trouble. Sure, I thought Richt would give play calling a spin for a year or 2, and depending on the outcome would either stick with it (if we succeeded) or he would bring in a quality OC to play call (If things were not up to par). After last season, Richt should have realized that his system was archaic and wasn't good enough to get this team to win the ACC...Richt proved me wrong in thinking he had enough wisdom to discern when change is needed. Very dark times ahead for our beloved program if Richt's hand isn't forced into making staff changes on offense & special teams. I just don't see anyone with the authority above Richt having enough Cojones to pull that trigger.

Play Clemson in the ACCCG for a spot in the playoffs. We have a soft and easy schedule. Only challenges this year was LSU and Clemson. Lose one of those two but win the rest and we'd be straight. We out talent everyone else on our schedule by a significant margin. Unfortunately with exception of Dugans Richt's offensive staff is terrible. They are decent recruiters but very bad at motivating and developing players and of course Richt is a very pedestrian and stale play caller. So here we are struggling to win a cake division .

What do you mean "we have failed to address the O line disparity?" Look at the O line in the 2018 class. One of them (DJ Scaife) is a starter and got his *** handed to him over and over. And he was considered among the top O line recruits in the country. Perhaps your timeline for success is not in tune with reality. Anyone paying attention knew we were not going to compete with Clemson this year.

The funny thing is, you probably aren’t a millenial. You think you are, but you aren’t. It’s fairly obvious from your ability to think and write that you are at most 20 years old.
