When should Jarren get pulled against UVA?

Unless you have Tremain Mack on your roster, your chances of winning with a QB with an injured shoulder are zero.

College QBs don’t need to be Brady or Manning.

Be a great college QB. Every single QB on our roster has strengths and weakness.

Tebow had A LOT of weaknesses even in college. But will go down as a Great.

Colt McCoy had endless weaknesses that have followed him to the NFL.

We just need a guy to be a excellent college QB.

I think Jarren is good. I think Kosi has his moments but he’s also older now and may be a bit more mature. Tate seems like an IT guy, a winner by any means with some accuracy issues. But can make things happen.

All three are a significant upgrade from Tosier

Man, that was crazy! I could not believe what I was seeing when he blocked that kick.

Is this true? Does he have an injured throwing arm?
If you didn't watch a single game and just looked at the O-Line stats and nothing else--you could rightly assume that there was a tombstone erected on about the 20 yard line with Jarrens name on it.

40 and 1 were on a hail mary. He also threw a completely outrageous and egregious pick that should have ended the game officially but VT's defensive captain decided to be an idiot and rough him. Perry made some nice throws. He's not a good QB, and makes very poor decisions with the football. It's the reason Williams won the job in the first place.
Yall keep bringing up almost picks. Jarren almost could have had about 7 picks this year. Picks are going to happen.

Yeah, he's lucky to be alive. lol.
Is there nothing this coaching staff can do to at least mitigate this ****** offensive line?
Fck they are bad, but his coaching staff is not helping.

People forget this. He essentially threw 3 picks himself. Before the hail mary we had the ball on the 2 yard line. On 3rd down Perry stared at Brevin the whole play for an incompletion. Then he stared at the WR the other way for an interception.

Perry is more developed down field but Jarren is more natural and will grow in his downfield play.

My take:
  • If he throws an INT before scoring, he should be pulled.
  • If he goes the entire 1st quarter without putting up any points (even a FG would be acceptable, although, I don't know who'd kick it)
  • If he takes 3 sacks and they are avoidable, but he is simply holding on to the bar too long.
  • If the team clearly is lackluster.

And, if he is pulled and Kosi comes in and performs well, then that should be all she wrote. I can take Kosi throwing 1-2 INT's a game, if he's putting up big numbers, putting points on the board and sparking the team.

This is simple, do what's right Manny!
Bench Jarren and Baxxa, if N'kosi Perry struggles throw Tate Martell in followed by Matocha. If we lose this game the season is a complete wash therefore, I won't care about a bowl game so, just show me what we got in the QB room in a game.

i'd consider strongly taking JW after his 3rd interception. after his 4th, i'd seriously, seriously have to consider putting someone else in..

So experiment on your behalf...so you can get more insight..**** the rest of roster who wants to go out winning..I wanted to see Tate win the job but since he didn’t and I see the style of O we are actually running, it is what it is

The 2 plays from the 10 yard line were very telling as well. I don't think Enos did him any favors, but both those throws were into double and triple coverage and had zero chance of being completed. He does not go through progressions and diagnose coverages. Didn't last year, didn't Saturday.

Had Hightower streaking to the corner of the end zone wide open on the first play.
