I don’t know why head coaches don’t use the tried and true approach to success in college football. It’s the Dabo way. Don’t surround yourself with a bunch of buddies or “yes sir “ folks. Go out and get the very best coaches. Whether they’re Instagram buddies with you or not is immaterial.
