When is the last time

Rashan Gary had 9 career sacks in college. He wasn't a complete bust but he didn't really do a whole lot. He will be a complete bust in the NFL though.

We might see one soon cause Bryan Bresee is the most overrated recruit I've ever seen. Stiff, slow, inflexible, unexplosive athlete who's simply bigger and stronger than the competition. He looks like a poor man's Mt. Cody.
I think It’s going to be Clemson de Xavier Thomas from 2018. Breese will be better than him imo. Thomas looked horrible at Clemson this year and hasn’t done much of anything

I understand the premise but every situation is different. In this case this guy has had a injury history and hasn’t played football in 2 years. That’s a long time off. I think it’s fair to temper expectations till we see him play.

He’s arguably the most talented player in the country when healthy, he’s that good imo. Luckily we have another guy in rousseau who is up there too🤫 plus Roche

He played more football than Rousseau did last year in 2018. Rousseau had an “injury history” missing his whole true freshman season yet balled out this year. That’s meaningless man

Not sure where that take on Breese comes from. He has a higher vert than almost all of our WRs before Redding. A better shuttle than any football player on UM. He’s a 99th percentile athlete at 280+ lbs. Nonsense.

this^. I have no idea where you get that about breese. His testing numbers are absolutely elite. He dominated camps. He may not end up being a sure top 5 pick like people think but to say he’s slow, inexplosive and stiff is just wrong. Guy has a verified 4.13 shuttle at 280 pounds. Faster than most recievers.

everyone is different man. You can just say Phillips is gonna come back elite just because rousseau did. It doesn’t work like that. I hope he does but we have to wait and see.

And you can’t really say he can’t either because we just saw it happen with Rousseau. We will see but ima bet on His talent taking over for sure

Yes it does.

I hope he does great things next season. The rankings however are completely meaningless.

Do you remember a kid name Lorenzo Lingard? Me either.
Lingard wasn’t a #1 overall recruit in the country and not a de thats 6’5.5 255 that runs in the 4.55 range either

Possibly the best DE rotation in the country.

I don’t have enough faith in our DT’s to proclaim our DL rotation the best in the country.
That pressure off the edge should help those guys on the inside..GR takes that next step he’s gonna demand a lot of attention and create a lot of 1v1 ..hopefully a playmaker emerges on the inside

Out of that list I guess you could say Green Beckham (arrests, but still drafted second round), and Trenton Thompson (just don;t recall him doing much at UGA, could be wrong) I would say the rest had pretty good college careers...
