Never played at Miami nerve/ tendon damaged from totally dislocated ankle never recovered even to this day every so often ankle reminds me to watch it , at 63 it wouldn’t be good.

Had letters from the big three they were called back then Fla, FSU and Miami plus 4-5 others can’t remember after sophomore year .

Didn’t matter it was to be MIAMI my connection was to Miami to strong

When UM beat FSU in 2000. I grew up a UGA fan. And I watch some of Miami. I liked FSU more than UM if I’m being honest but I wasn’t a fan of them. But I don’t know what happened in that 2000 game it was like something clicked for me. I was 14 then so maybe that’s when puberty hit and I stopped being stupid lol. So I started following them closely after that game. And when they beat UF in the Sugar Bowl that did it. I had already grew up hating UF because I was a UGA but when they beat them up on Bourbon St and on the football field I was sold. Been a UM fan since.
