When did Golden "lose you?"

Now, don't try and be the cool guy and say, the Maryland game in 2011, or after his first press conference. For me, it was somewhere around the Wake Forest game last year, though the nail in the coffin was the Va Tech game. I stopped defending him after the Kansas State game in 2012, though I didn't start attacking him until the next season.

Just to play off of that, I got to thinking, and I stopped supporting Coker after the UNC and Clemson losses in 2004, though I didn't start ripping him publicly until the GT loss in 2005. I did have reservations about him going back to 2002, because I remember thinking, with all of this talent, we sure did play down to a lot of our opponents that year (WVU, Rutgers, even FSU). With Shannon, I stopped supporting/defending him after the GT game in 2008, though I didn't start ripping him until the next year. Some after the Clemson game, mostly after the UNC game, and all broke loose after the Wisconsin debacle.

Even after FSU, I still had blind hope, as we were a one-loss team up to that point. Like a dumbass, I completely ignored the fact our defense still looked like **** and was still clinging to the hope of reaching the ACC title game.

****ting the bed in the VaTech game when we needed to respond to the FSU loss was the straw that broke the camels back.

Then Duke happened. Then Louisville happened. Then Penn State happened.
 
1 - 19 on third downs in the last 2 games...against the same ******* team he had 8 months to prepare for. If you can't prep for a team in a month (last december) and you can't prep for the same team in 8 months? C'mon son, get real. Then to have the audacity to ramble " We weren't aggressive enough"!!! These guys curbstomped us last year, and we just come out with another variety of vanilla!!

Hasn't yet, but very soon. A nebraska loss would probably seal it, or anything under 9 games this year.
 
His insistence of defending No D in 2012. And finally when he said No D should be the one mad for having to play kids or bunch of Freshman. Something like that. That's when I knew this guy was a slick excuse maker and not a problem solver.
 
I was real bothered after the teams fall apart after FSU last year. But he really lost me last night.

Seriously. Maryland. OSU threw me off a bit, but then when we got our heads handed to us by KSU, I knew my first instincts were correct.

Forever, here, I've been considered negative. A Mope. I wasn't giving Golden a chance. I failed to recognize the cloud, I failed to recognize our youth, I failed to recognize our lack of talent.

Done been there, done done that.

I was a long time fan when Butch came in under a sihtstorm, 30 scholarship losses, and started kicking some *** within three. Always improving while under extreme circumstances.

I knew for certain after KSU that this dog couldn't hunt.
 
Duke game, but it wasn't just that game it was a culmination. Starting with UNC and us getting clowned with those wide splits against WF.
