James, who comes off as a ******* and a woman spearheading the coaching search makes a lot of sense. Knows nothing about the sport so just goes right for the "obvious".

"Al Golden's such a well spoken guy, let's keep him a fifth year to get it right!". “Oh, Mark Richt, I know him! He'd want to coach here right, lets make a splash!". "We all liked Manny! Lets get him back ASAP. Whats is going to take!"

Then you have guys like Danny White at UCF, who has a plan and vision what what he wants. He chose Frost over Babers, then goes after Heupel. All three young, offensive minded, and now some of the hottest names in coaching. You need to know the sport to do this.

If James and this bytch are spearheading the search again, expect a lame Miami connection, recently fired coach with a known name or Lane Kiffin.

She has a lot of say so of what information trickles to blake. She is very opinionated and always has the social justice angle. If you every think a male coach who will win at all cost ...ie urban would ever be hired with her having a say so, think again. She will torpedo anything that will help football take away from women sports or get more promotion. She comes from the school of thought that football is too much male toxic masculinity.

All of this is great and seems true, but is there any actual proof?

C'mon man, If you can't read between the lines, there is no hope...If you are a rising Head Coach, a Head Coach who has had some bumps, but is looking to win, or an established HC, why would you ever think of coming to Miami? A Deputy AD should have your back...Not judging "who he is, what his values are" and looking to stab you in the back when your "values" don't align with her world view.

I guarantee a perspective Head Coach's wife would be the first person, upon being intoduced to Strawley and looking into her background, to tell him to stay as far away from that job as you can. Indeed, I would not be shocked to find out one day that Mrs. Richt feared what an Ivy League Northerner, one with a women's rights background, who has worked in academia her whole adult life, would try to do to Hubby's reputation if he crossed Strawley.
Might have been another reason to call it quits beyond trying to save junior.
