What's the one thing you want to see tonight besides a win?

Controlled aggression and highly spirited play for an entire game. If we have that the rest will take care of itself. The last 4 games of last year we looked like we were going through the motions most of the time and didn't care.

There are some great points throughout this thread like this. It should be a rep fest...

Consistently getting off the field defensively on 3rd down and long.

Which means getting pressure some way, some how

Team Win, no injuries, take care of next two cupcakes,Category 5 headed to Nebraska.

The D giving up a 30% or less 3rd down conversion rate.

Tackle and do it consistently.

Get our D the field on 3rd down with regularity.

I want a flag for a personal foul.

I want someone to take that UL kicker completely out of the game. Even if he's on the sidelines.

Set the tone EARLY.

Besides a win, the only thing I care about is seeing brunettes. Everywhere.

1 not getting blown out in our big games. 2 the o-line being able to get some push on short yardage situations. 3 a qb that can read a defense and not stare down the receiver. We have not had any of these in many years.

I haven't read any posts in this thread so far.

I want a win and an aggressive defense that disrupts whatever Louisville's offense is planning. I want to see us click on offense, with Kaaya displaying attributes that we want and expect from a starting QB at the U.

I want a nice road win.

Dominate, aggressive on O & D. As mentioned get off the field on 3rd down, meaning get to the QB/pressure and forcing turnovers.

I'd love to see one of our players on D set the tone early with a devastating hit. (DP, McCord, AQM, Bush)

Offense- high conversion on 3rd down.

Defense- getting off the field on 3rd down.

Keep it simple. :grinch:

AND

Jamal Carter leading the team out of the tunnel in Al Blades fashion. I wanna hear them chanting, "Hit stick, bust ****, talk ish."

Defense Pressure on the QB from the front 4 leading to sacks and picks which = Canes Dancing in end zone.
Offense O line opening holes for Duke creating play action with great matchups for receivers = Police dog speed on display all night

This, and if things start not going our way, for us to battle back and not fold.

I want to see a well coached team. Pressure on the QB, swarming team tackles. Hit till the whistle blows.
