Nah, I meant the Golden slurpers. If you tell them the shortcomings of this staff, they'll block you.

Sort of think there are no slurpers left on this board. At least I hope not. Now we're just preaching to the choir.
Butch is possibly not the answer for a return to glory, but as well put by another poster a dead dog could do a better job. Butch at worst could be a conservator of the personnel and the program (but not the process - SMH). Hopefully he could groom a coordinator as the next head coach. Looking nack, that was Schiano who would have stayed if he knew Butch would be gone (the blame for which really lies with the previous administration for scewing up the contract). He would also need an assistant of some type to aid in maintaining discipline and comport - which was really his downfall at Chapel Hill.
I also think Butch might be more affordable than other possibilities and would stay through to retirement. He wants to be here.
