whats the bowl game looking like?

Say it ain't so going back to EL Paso again. Every year we are mentioned with this god awful game.
 
If the Canes win on Friday, I have to believe we're a bigger draw than the effing Sun Bowl in El Paso Texas. Couldn't 8 wins get the University of Miami to a December 31 or New Year's Day bowl? I don't even know how it works with the New Year's Day bowls these days.

Could be pinstripe bowl, music city, belk, military, sun, or taxslayer.

Of course, it depends on a w or L on Friday.
 
Holding out slim hope we land in the Quick Lane Bowl in Detroit. Finally make my way down to a bowl game over the holidays.
 
I'm gonna try and look at it this way....probably stupidly positive.

If somehow they get a chance to play another well-known program (lower SEC or BIG10) there's a definite positive to winning that. If for some odd reason a new coach is in place and gets to be around the team for all those extra practices, etc it can only help.
 
Don't care as long as its versus FSU. Which we might get if the Gators whip their ***.

I would find it utterly hilarious if we beat their *** with our interim head coach.
 
A lot depends on what happens with ND and FSU. If ND doesn't get into the playoff they will steal one of the better ACC bowl spots. If FSU beats UF the may be ranked high enough to be picked for one New Years bowls which would free up one of the better ACC bowls.

It doesn't matter who we play. This team can't win a bowl game. Donofrio game planning for a bowl?!? Ha. Last time we won a bowl was Cokers last season.... And we should of lost to Nevada

You think there is a chance we play FSU in a bowl game? Did you just arrive in America?
