Whats our win total for the 2019 season?

Bovada has their over/under at 8.5 games. Im thinking of putting a couple G's on the over. I just dont see 4 Ls on this schedule. What do you guys think?

Full disclosure I said the samething last year.
Exactly!

I feel like people on this board are totally unreasonable when it comes to how good the Canes actually are....

Therefore, I am going to be the voice of reason and give what I consider to be a very realistic appraisal for next year:

I got the Canes going 19 - 0 and crushing the Saints in the Super Bowl....

Finally, someone with common sense.

Bovada will not take a couple G's this early in the season. The limits are low this time of year.

Also, check the juice. The line I saw as well was 8.5 wins, but the over was -150. So a couple G's might turn into a few G's real quick.

10-2 /11-1 regular season should be doable unless you expect for Miami offense to be a repeat from last year which isn’t possible considering we the #108 offense in the country or maybe lower.

Remember we virtually had no offense last year. Even with just the performance of the 2017 offense and 2018 defense Miami goes at least 11-1 last year imo in the regular season.

11-3.

Open win a with vs UF, but stumble in two games TBD. Close strong, with third loss to Clemson in the ACCCG. Win the bowl game.

Yes. The 2017 offense and the 2018 defense, Miami goes no worse than 10-2.

And remember, the 2017 offense was nothing special. 34th in the country in YPP against FBS teams, 63rd in scoring offense, 127th in 3rd down percentage. Even THAT offense wins 10 games last year. That's how embarrassing the 2018 offense was.

When people say it’s game 1 for a new offense vs uf so expect struggles I mean I hear It but that 2018 season offensively was such an extreme situation that they can’t do nothing but improve immediately imo. It was that bad and that’s no exaggeration

Had a long discussion about this on another thread. I think o8.5 is a good bet, but with a -150 line I am passing myself. Just too many unknowns right now and too much preseason hype leading midseason disappointment over the last 15 years.

It’s the end of May. During the past 5 months there have been numerous other threads requesting cis members to estimate the number of wins for 2019 season. Since there are about 3 months remaining before Gator game, I am looking forward to several more threads asking cis members how many wins we have in 2019 season.

15-0 baby, shocking the world beating Clemmie for the ACC and then knocking out Bama, then OSU for the Ship!
