The offense has been red hot to start halves in each of the 2 games this season. In the first 3 drives of each half (12 total drives across our first 2 games), we've reached scoring position 11 times and put points on the board 10 times. If the offense can keep this momentum our defense will have the luxury of playing with a lead and it would be great to keep that up in the games to come.

Really can't wait until college football is entirely the P2 so we don't have to watch games like this anymore. But that's for another thread. As far as specifics for this game, I expect execution to be a lot better. We had a lackluster performance last week, which I fully expected after the massive win in ****sville and the opponent last week. We'll be a lot more crisp this week, which will lead to an *** stomping. Just get outta this glorified scrimmage healthy. That's all I care about. We're not going to do anything exotic on either side of the ball.

There was a dead spot in Q2 but that certainly wasn't a lackluster performance. To see what one is just watch 98% of the games between about 2006 and 2023
