Butch was a great coach here and likely would have done great things again here...but he's not and he's at FIU. Its not apples to apples. Its apples to limestone rocks. They are not the same thing. But FIU got themselves a good coach that will take them to the top of their conference and produce a ton of NFL players. What happens tomorrow, for Butch, FIU, etc doesn't matter in a blowout. They are supposed to lose by four scores.

To me the players involved in this game a lot more interesting than the coaches involved. Some of them played on same team in high school and a lot them.played against each other. Would not be surprised if at least a third of the FIU players have a chip on there shoulders because they grew up wanting to be Canes. Let this team hang around to long in this game they will start believing they can win. That could be dangerous. Canes should cover the spread big notice I said should not will.

I know you're probably trolling but I've actually seen you post this a few times. Never thought I'd see the day, welcome aboard! Honestly I'm pulling for Richt but I don't think he can coach good enough to overcome with decent talent but Butch's elite recruiting and development can. Obviously there are better coaches but Miami can't or won't pay.
