We DON'T need a guy who is trying to create football or a new offense. We don't need a OC who come up with BS terms like "Spread Coast" to describe their offense that has never been top 30 nationally before.

We need a generic spread guy with a feel for the game. Not some new play caller like James Coley or some veteran pro style guy like Enos and Richt. We just need someone who runs a true spread offense like UCF or Florida. We need someone who understands spreading a defense vertically as well as horizontally. A offense that uses a lot of WR bubble screens, deep shots, curls, stop and go, QB runs, drag route, pick plays, fades (to tall WRs), RB screens, Wheel routes, up tempo that actually snaps the ball with 20 seconds left on the play clock not allowing defenses to organize, stretch out formations where the offense is spread out sideline to sideline utilizing every blade of grass while doing it from the shotgun.

If Manny hires some bum *** pro style OC it over for him. I'm the few who is taking a wait and see approach but Manny needs to stop looking for a OC who says he coming up with the "next big thing" he can't afford that. Manny needs to look at his own success here at Miami. Was his defensive scheme some sort of "cutting edge" 4-3 scheme in which the world has never seen? No. It is a generic 1 gap defense but that scheme utilizes Miami's best asset, speed and quickness. Is our defensive line as good as Alabama or Georgia? No but the scheme allows them to preform on par with them (stats wise). This isn't rocket science.
