The podcast IAMATHLETE went and did a pit practice and its pretty interesting to see these guys try and do the tires. Its such a different kind of strength. Being in pit road really opens your eyes to just how **** huge some of those dudes are.

They target football and wrestlers out of college. Have a friend on the pit crew for Denny Hamlin and he makes good money doing it.
