What should we be expecting to happen?

I think special teams was pretty good over the last two games and Baxa has turned out to be a pretty good kicker. I think he finished 8 for 11 on the year and was solid down the stretch.
He has looked more confident as the year has gone on for sure.

All jokes and anger aside...I've got to think Richt is smart enough to know at bare minimum two things need to be done.

OL Coach
OC/QBC that is an actual playcaller

My heart and best intentions tell me he makes those moves...the facts and the evidence? well, I guess we'll see.
In interviews he sounded clueless and stubborn enough for me to believe he makes no meaningful changes.

It shouldn't of been ignored in the offseason. The coaches and many of the fans were blinded after a fluke 10 win season. Richt's offense barely put up 3 points against the top team in the ACC and they still refused to make any changes. If Blake doesn't force Richt to make changes, they both should be fired. This was nothing short of an embarrassing year for this program. If Richt hires more "yes men" for the offensive staff, he should be fired. The school should pick out a handful of OCs that Richt has to pick from. Richt shouldn't have autonomy in deciding the OC. He has not shown the capability of hiring high-level coaches.
He did a good job with his only coordinator hire here. That being said, I’m also not very confident in Richts ability to hire a good OC.

At the end of the season Blake will sit with Richt, and I'd expect Blake to do what is necessary to ensure the program moves forward. That said, Manny would be a great HC.

you have the wrong guy

In my opinion, we have the wrong guy. At this point, Richt shouldn't be trusted to make wise decisions with the offensive coaching staff. It has already been said that Richt won't be fired this offseason so I stated the next hopeful option. Trusting Richt to make proper hires when evidence has shown the opposite is not a good game plan. He has promoted TB to OC when he has no business being one. He hired Stacy Searels when prior coaching stints showed he was at best an average coach. In addition, Richt named his inexperienced son to be the coach of the most important position group in football and Jon has failed miserably. Richt purposely surrounded himself with coaches that he knew wouldn't challenge/question him.

Don't know what to expect, but man get Kingsbury on staff and had him the O would be my move.

I would hope Searles leaves and replaced by a highly regarded OL coach. Someone known as both a technician and recruiter. I have doubts Richt hires an OC/QB coach and make changes with Brown, Dugans, and Jon Richt.

This. Changing out Searles will be viewed as a mutual compromise with the BOT and Blake. Watch.

Thank you for the reminder.
Yes
Even if Manny leaves, you can attract a good enough DC with all the talent there

Richt is a few changes on the offensive staff away from fixing this. He has to see that

Or else he goes the way of Golden next year. It's that simple

The O needs a pretty major overhaul.

I agree he made a solid hire in Diaz. In my opinion, you have to count naming TB the OC as a bad coordinator hire even it is just in title.

If our decision makers were a rational group of logical thinkers, we should expect a new HC and AD. Complete change of the process.

Since our decision makers for the last ~15 years have preferred apathy and the self-inflicted cancer approach, we should "expect change" that only further delays the necessary/obvious change.

I know we are scarce on insider information but should we be expecting a staff overhaul or not?

I mean we have to do something to fix our woeful offense right?

Expect Christmas......also hearing grumblings regarding New Year's Eve.

Yep, the word "proactive" does not exist in Coral Gables.

The season ended on a high note... can’t wait to win our 2nd bowl game under the Richt era.

As far as changes... some changes would be nice we don’t need anything drastic.

New Oline coach
New QB coach

New OC depending on who would be interested.. If Richt is open to making adjustments with his style of offense than him remaining OC could be a plus as well.

I’m willing to give Hartley some more time as special teams coach especially with that punter coming in next year.... bye bye Feagles.

Baxa is coming along pretty good as our FG kicker very impressed with how he’s developed this season.
