This is over blown, I did think our defense would be much improved, but i also thought we were an 8-4 9-3 team regardless of that, and that's before we lost our Sr. QB and started a true freshman. Our defense has been an abomination against Nebraska and GT... we lost Louisville because of our offensive game plan, not the defense. We'll see where the numbers end up at the end of the season.

The "cloud" didn't have AJ Hightower Jr and KC Rodgers starting over Deon Bush and Rayshawn Jenkins. The "cloud" didn't have Fentress over Carter today. The "cloud" didn't teach our D-Line to engage and hold and not penetrate. The "cloud" did not have our DBs 10 yrds off the line of scrimmage on a 3rd and 2 for opponents. The "cloud" did not have our D a$$e$ get pushed in the last 2 yrs at a rate that the UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE IN THE HISTORY OF THE PROGRAM. The cloud didn't use "night games" as a means to justify a loss to GT this year. The "cloud" didn't cause us to stop recruiting top So. VT sucks this year, bad team. A shell of typical VT squads.

If we lose to this sorry *** VT team Al should be fired, tonight. No benefit to waiting to do the inevitable, season is over. There is no plausible justification for losing this game in year 4.

We know exactly what we have with this staff. Keeping him for another year only sets us back further. FSU and even UF (with a new coach) will cherry pick SFLA recruits next year with a ruthlessness. The 2015 & 2016 recruiting classes will implode. We will be left even further behind. We cannot afford to continue this slow-drip death spiral.
