What now?

This program is dead.

We might as well be fans of the Milwaukee Bucks.

Team with zero prospects of ever doing anything

Its kind of hard for me to blame Manny, he was never ready for this. The only people who thought he was are the typical sunshine pumpers that just go along with the hype every year. Manny should have never got the job, he should be getting his OJT at Temple, but Blake James hired his good friend. I'd say fire Blake James, but he's a puppet to an administration that doesnt care, a BoT that allowed an unqualified hire to begin with. So what happens now? Would Miami throw Blake to the wolves if Manny fails to make a bowl? I cant see Manny getting less than 2 years.

No, that is not what Miami would do. Based on past history, this admin will make Blake James head coach. U of M promotes incompetence, they don’t actually demand results .

What happens next is Manny will get at least another year if not two more. He'll continue to suck this year and next year and the fan base will become more and more toxic until it comes to a head. Then Manny will get **** canned and Blake will hire another loser to try and peddle to us as a program changer. Rinse, repeat.

What we need are wealthy, powerful boosters to take this directly to the BOT and demand change. Including helping fund it. Otherwise, with the new TV deal and shared ACC revenues, the money is still coming in.

We have the boosters; the players. But they are not storming the building. Ray Lewis, The Rock, Andre Johnson, Mike Irvin(g), Santana Moss, Otis Anderson, Warren Sapp (OK, maybe not Sapp), but they all could storm The Hecht right now, demand change and it would happen. It’s time for The BOT to be changed, for real. Clean House.

Come back in in 2022-2023

I’ll screen shoot this one for a later bump. Get your popcorn 🍿😜🙌
Four games in gentlemen, let’s show some emotional maturity and let Manny and these kids play the season out. FWIW we have no choice. I’ll give this staff and team a total of two seasons, because they’re here for at least that long. 🤷‍♂️ See you all 10/5 🙌

BOT has the money people. They’re not going anywhere.
