Its kind of hard for me to blame Manny, he was never ready for this. The only people who thought he was are the typical sunshine pumpers that just go along with the hype every year. Manny should have never got the job, he should be getting his OJT at Temple, but Blake James hired his good friend. I'd say fire Blake James, but he's a puppet to an administration that doesnt care, a BoT that allowed an unqualified hire to begin with. So what happens now? Would Miami throw Blake to the wolves if Manny fails to make a bowl? I cant see Manny getting less than 2 years.

We continue to suck as a program.

This school doesn't prioritize winning and doesn't understand how to win.

Changing coaches won't matter when the people in charge of replacing them are also incompetent.

We've had ONE 10+ win season in 16 years, and it came when we lucked into hiring an experienced and proven coach in Mark Richt.

But the admin. will ignore that and continue making lazy, idiotic hires and wonder why we suck.

Get Blake James the **** out of my face!!! He’s the worst AD in the country. The only way to save this program is for Manny to approach the BOT and demand that they pony up the cash to hire the very best coordinators available. In other words, pull a Dabo.

So its on Manny to save the program then? Should this play keep up, I'd have a lot of respect for him if he fired Barry & Enos after this season, even if it was his dumb idea to hire them. If he fired them and got spread O guys I'd be actually a bit optimistic.

at least they have the 'Greek Freak' and made a playoff run, UM is headed to some 3rd tier bowl game(hopefully)

It's a little more complicated than that. If he just replaces them with equally worthless schlubs than the firings would amount to nothing more than reshuffling the deck to buy him more time and reveal just how little clue he has about what direction the program needs to go. Frankly, I think he's completely lost and hasn't the first clue how to get things moving in a positive vector.
 
Like someone said we are Rutgers now it is what it is.....don’t go to the games show these people we want real coaches

But I'd still respect that more. Nothing is worse than driving off a cliff just because you are committed to it.
 
Don’t go to games don’t buy the merch let them earn that money.....that ACC move made this university lazy make them earn that money
 
What now?

Well here at Miami we're a trend setting program. Are goal is to get other programs to be like us all the time.

At this present moment we're the pathfinders to underachieving. With FSU giving a helping hand on trying to get this train full speed.
