What is this Locker room "have fun while your doing it". Appreciate the motivation but it's f****** garbage. Cinematic recap.

I come in hot, old ways of performing. Literally don't have a schtick.

Want Miami..The U. to be tough, tough man.

I am old. But also washed my mother attempt suicide in front of my face.
Sounds like you indeed do need therapy, my man (and that's no slight). It's just football and it's supposed to be fun to watch and play. All of life is a comedic tragedy and it is vivacity that makes it worth being alive for.

And to be honest, I think part of why Mario's Canes always implode once they start hot is because they aren't having enough fun in his pressure-cooker, high stakes environment. To get to the next level, we need to be able to cut loose a bit and stop playing tight with tight margins. The old Canes you speak of played loose in games, for better and worse; they took football seriously, but through it became larger than life--and it is because they let their creation transcend the sport itself. Mario tends to keep these Canes bound in narrow confines.

We need to LET IT RIP

C'mon man. I know he's one of our position coaches but f****** a dude.

Look, my 6'2+ white *** did dunk contest's in high school. Monkey lifted 485 for 3-4 reps on the D. Total lift natural was at about 1200 lb. For reps.

Our basketball team only lost about three to four games over two seasons. We only lost to Getty Park Sacramento. They have produced some pros.

Point is is that the expectation of upper Junior high to high school to college level is that you work your way to being a f****** pro. You may not make pro,
but you take everything seriously and it's like a f****** job.

Playing, having fun for the game it means you f****** hit stick and bust ****. Wins feel much better than an L. Think Michael Jordan. There's a reason why he would crush it in the fourth quarter.

Our team needs to understand to f****** seriously want to win and don't put it in anybody's hands. Jimmie Johnson era .

I Do you appreciate the sport, I know that some of y'all athletes will get what I'm saying.

Miami has to go back........... to where you f****** beat the mother f****** *** of the other opponent until they're pulp.

You take a nap.

Wow.

The military unit I trained with and served in combat with had a documented 150:1 kill ratio.

It wasn't about all these dramatic practices you speak of - it was simple "taking care of business." Maintain an even state.

And we also had fun - you got to have fun! If you're not having fun, it's just not fun.

Mixing medications can really lead to some serious rage - so be careful.

Let me guess! You don't get invited to many parties, nor to their homes . . .

I hope you clicked on both videos. If not, give Cornbread a watch. It's cheesy, but also pretty funny. Kinda makes fun of the 70's and 80's. LT....he's just a crazed dawg. Man that MF could play.

I feel what you're saying. Football is not for the weak of mind and Lord knows we are pumping out wusses en masse. I love Malachi putting GABOS on his eye black. He gets it.

I remember Rae Carruth. Pepperidge Farms also remembers. Great talent pizzed away cuz he killed his pregnant gf and stuffed her in the trunk of his car (If I remember correctly). How did you go from South Central to Cow Country?

Lastly, I can't read "Let's Get Physical" without posting this....

Appreciate the passion.
To finally answer your question.

My family is Air Force. Stationed. My stepdad is now a retired full flight navigator C5 Galaxy. He dropped down in Vietnam.

For me. Split fam. My now passed Father is/was a Strategic War Planner. My brother is now passed was a nuclear submariner. I can go on but it's not the point .

we fight for America. It just must get better than worse.

I don't really think I answered f****** anything but at least I gave a little bit by myself.

This is more like it.

I still love my former coach, he used to beat the **** out of us. Love him. Coach Thomas out of South Central LA. Up in granola ville Davis, CA.

You got to earn your stripes.. and you f****** act like a team of pit bulls
Are you still out here in Northern Cali 👀?

I visit the places you’ve named from time to time.

I think they played hard and loose--like they were having the time of their lives, had nothing to lose, and were truly appreciating the moment. And I think the results of that mindset speak for themselves.

Those guys by and large were solid--passionate and emotional--humans who made the most of their opportunities (and no one is perfect, or has enough momentum in life that it cannot get derailed by a combination of personal struggles and circumstance); it is telling that many foundered in life when the positively-intoxicating environment dissolved around them (e.g. the guys from those teams who ended up broke, in prison, or not making the most of their human potential, such as William Joseph, Jerome McDougle, Bryant McKinnie, Phil Buchanon--heck, even Clinton Portis would fit this category!).

Environment matters and Mario sets the right tone for the beginning of the season and offseason, but struggles to cut loose, relax, and be quietly confident when it matters the most; and our beloved team takes on the personality of its coach, who himself needs to "cut loose." As a coach (or parent) one has to be adaptable to the needs of one's inferiors--and our Canes have not needed more rah, rah this year, but more "relax, have fun, and keep playing" type of messaging.

Brother, those half-dozen randomly inserted f******'s interrupted what may have been a biting commentary there.

Just make sure that we're clear about all this cuz I'm getting different banging of the balls.

Yeah , you play loose and have fun when you're confident and you're so strong that you know you're going to win.

This is the game part.

Not a war. A war is about life ...Or Death. It's not even close.
