What is the hold up?

What's the hold up?

From what I understand, Fedora was offered the job. Before signing on the dotted line, he decided to browse through the threads on CIS. Didn't sign.

Then Applewhite was about to sign the contract, but he, too, decided to check CIS first. Didn't sign.

Then the same thing happened with the next 8 candidates for the job.

So now Manny is down to trying to convince either Chuck Weis, Jr. or the dude who coaches the Suniland Sundevils to come on board.

Most coaches beleive in themselves to get the job done. Most people believe in themselves to get the job done matter of fact. O- line is the only group on offense you can question the talent. The talent is young and need some good coaching and scheme but an OC wouldn't be scared to take this job.

There's a gigantic question mark in the QB room dude. How can you not see that?

I bet Blake James and the administration are probably trying to low ball these guys. Probably gonna wait until all the other positions across the country are filled then try to get one of the unemployed guys at a discount.

I'd rather Diaz continue to take his time and get the right person for the job. It's a crucial hire. Maybe more so than the HC himself. This offense is historically bad with a dysfunctional roster on that side of the ball. Whoever gets hired has a tremendous task and the wrong fit will just set us back even further.
