Fellow fans,

Enough with the screaming and hollering that we didn't hire Richard Simmons and Jack LaLane for our S&C program.

The coaches are in place...let's move on.

With that said...

What are the realistic gains/improvements the OL can expect to see between now and first game's snap in September?

What would someone who has a competent opinion or background on S&C subject matter expect to see?

Go Canes!

Well most if not all of the linemen need to lose the bad weight around their guts. Losing weight should lead to better mobility which is sorely needed at the tackle position. I'm guessing all of them need to get stronger, but most of all, everyone of them need to play with a mean streak. They're all soft, need to toughen up.

Jelly Belly Linemen tend to melt in the third quarter and wind up getting gassed by atheltic defenses, costing their team wins...A perfect example would be the University of Miami Offensive Line...We start out fine, get out to big leads, then hold on in the fourth quarter while the other team makes a comeback...Fourth Quarter used to belong to the "U" because you were going to get punished by in shape linemen who were going to continue running the ball down your throat and dare you to stop it....

If they have the strength to not pose in homosexual **** style photo shoots; dat would be an improvement.

Get off the bench press and do some explosive lifts. If you're on your back pushing 300 lbs up in a game then you just got your *** kicked. The game is played on your feet not on your back. Focus on Squat, Clean, Deadlift, Snatch and supplement the rest of your workouts with similar lifts to improve strength and explosion

and get rid of whatever meal plan Golden had them on.

Sorry OP. I can't get over that Kiana Tom was available and Richt went another direction with the hire. Major red flag in my eyes.

They all need to be on roids right now. We need to turn these floppy ask white boys into monsters.

It's essential that they improve their endurance too, I can't tell you how many time they looked gas on long drives. It's speculative but I'm pretty sure that's why we didn't see virtually nothing involving no huddle offense.
