What if somehow Bob Stoops ended up here?

Here's why Stoops will never coach at Miami, along with salary and some other reasons . . . player can't be caught on video decking a woman and later re-instated. ****, even FSU knows video don't lie.

My feeling would be that a timeout might then be called in fumble situations where the officials decide to take a play off...

Anybody that wouldn't be excited about Stoops should walk into traffic.
Some of you guys in this post are pure f'in comedians. It's posters in this tread that give UM fans the reputation as being some of the dumbest fans in all of College football.
If Stoops were to ever be available and have the desire to take over this program, you guys should have your hands together on your knees begging that he takes over this current sh:t show. He is a top ten college football coach and some of you are acting like this program is too good for him. His worst seasons as a HC, would be some of the better season's that UM has produced over the last decade. The guy regularly puts out 10+ winning season, keeps his team in the national picture for championships while playing in a much harder division and conference than the coastal but no he isn't good enough for this program.smfh Some of you have forgotten that even coaches like Jimmy have lost games and bowl's that they were favored in. Did that make him any lesser of a coach?
I think some of you guys fail to understand the current dynamics that have lead to the decline of programs like Texas and OU. One of the biggest reasons for the decline in national championship appearances at OU has been the up rise of programs like Baylor and TCU. It would be the equivalent of what would occur at Florida and Miami if some how USF and UCF where competing on the national stage consistently. Could you imagine what that would be like? But yet Bob has still managed to keep his team relevant, even win 10+ games and beat coaches like the great Nick Saban.
Things have gotten stale for him at OU, which happens to a lot of good coaches, but that does not take away from his ability to coach. Bob Stoops would absolutely dominate this division and put Jimbo in his place. Florida recruits would be flocking to Miami to play for him. The guy would probably be here for 10+ years keeping UM relevant and likely playing for NC's.
I swear some of you guys are either in total denial or too dumb to understand the current state of this program.
