Holding referees accountable. We have not had an Urban\Saban type on the sidelines since I don't remember. We need him to stay in the face of these Refs and even up the playing field. Enough taking it in the a$$.

A dedicated coach in the booth watching for challenge opportunities. There is no way Richt had someone in the booth helping him. Way to many opportunities were lost when we did not challenge what would have been a clear overturn. Remember the UNC TD in the back of the end zone 3 years ago? It was amateur hour with Richt not challenging obvious calls. Manny needs to be all over this. Especially when ACC refs take every opportunity to hose us.

Holding players accountable on the sidelines. No he doesn't have to go complete Saban style. But when a player makes a key mistake he needs to let them know. Rarely if ever did Richt get in a players face. No accountability from top to bottom and that needs to change.

Run up the **** score! No more mailing it in during the 4th quarter. Let these players eat. Full throttle all the way to the end. Get the fans excited to be at the game, even if it is against a low level team.

I agree with your general idea here but that UNC touchdown WAS reviewed and they still ****ed up the call. They were looking for feet and didn't bother looking for possession.

This? This is what you want to see?

Not more talented players.
Not punts traveling 30+ yds.
Not the ability to run 1 yard for a first down.
Not a legit offensive game plan.
Not coaches who call plays for the guys they actually have not the ones they wish they had.
Not a team that can sack up and beat the everloving sht out of a less talented team now and then.

Yelling at refs. That's your wish.

I still vomit at the FSU game when Richt had like 3 possession in the 4 QTR inside the 40 yard up a point and the dude went so **** conservative. It was like he was trying to give FSU extra chances to come back and win the game.

Also, coaches have no ability to hold refs accountable. All they can do is yell at them and hope they get favorable calls. That's not accountability.

Agreed we need to become a force on the recruiting trail again. And yes, the refs have been anti-U but we have so many other things we can do such as execution of an aggressive game plan for one. We constantly in the red zone would force refs to make calls our way. We have got to become the aggressor the entire game not just the 1st quarter or drive.

Absolutely. If they’re going to *** us on **** calls let’s make it worthwhile. Tear up some *** and let the chips fall where they may. Mofkers will think twice.

Way to take it out of context. Of course there are many other things that need fixed. These are 4 things that continually drove me crazy under Richt. This was also an opportunity for other posters to add to the wish list.

I feel like Diaz knows how much we get held when his guys like Willis etc... look at film

I feel like Diaz will be getting hot when it comes to that

We need more coaches yelling and intimidating people ? Yup I’m down with that

Jimmy Johnson "held refs accountable", that still didn't stop them from ******* him over.
