I personally think middle of the road is me being nice. We are sub-par. Only reason we get hyped is bc Mario/Mirabol. There isn't one thing I can think of that they do well. Honestly. It's a bad unit.

If they're going up the middle, mass absolutely does matter. Running behind RR, SJA and McCoy is not a recipe for success. That's wildly different than last year's right side.

That was the point of my original post. They are smaller and then bringing in a bunch of tight ends that makes them even smaller and run it all out of a goal line package and get stuffed. Last year the OL was huge and they brought an even more OL and they ran up the middle. It doesn’t make sense. Second game in a row they did it.

Second game in a row they’ve gotten stuffed on 3rd/4th and 1 where they insisted on bringing in 3 or 4 250lb TEs, running a goal line set and then trying to run behind a 290 lb center and 280 lb guard. Why have they gone away from bringing in a bunch of 330 lb OL to line up at TE? Do they not have a 300 lb OL on the bench that can play the H-Back role like SJ did last year? It’s not like they’re asking them to do anything elaborate. You’re just lining up, keeping your pad levels low, and driving the defender.
