To all the cry babies crying for perry to start, all the real UM fans know the last thing many in college football want to see is a dominant Miami team again, especially not the sec/rednecj conference, so anything that can be viewed as borderline infractions to possibly cause any type of sanctions to the football program is asinine, and perry is never going to be that good to put himself above the program. The administration has got richt's back on this one, if he wants to show something, post a video of him studying the playbook or watching film. We know the video doesnt prove who's money it was, but what's the point when you can come here, ball out, be a first or second round draft pick and get real money! You have seen the last of Perry. There are issues with him that UM wants to be kept quiet until they can move him on. Richt never wanted to make the change to Perry the assistants convinced him to do so. It's not just one thing with Kosi, there are multiple issues. I know the fans are clamoring for his return to the starting lineup. Unfortunately, Kosi has exceeded his 3 strikes.

The QB room at UM is in complete disarray. Weldon is serving a 4 game suspension, Kosi is on the way out. Rosier is the worst passer on the roster. Richt and Richt Jr. are charged with working with the QBs. Rosier lost this team last year. You would be correct is assuming no one outside of Richt supports the decision. As players and coaches feel Richt is sacrificing winning.

This is a really difficult decision, Kosi did not help matters at all. As a result, the team will pay the price. One last tidbit. The Admin bit the bullet and compensated Richt and his assistants to win the Coastal Division and challenge for ACC titles not bowl games in El Paso.

And what are the issues um wants quiet? And If this is true, why is he still on the team at all?

Sorry dude, you’re fooling yourself. With Richts O, There is no amount of talent that’s gonna be able to to beat anything but the worst P5 opponents. It just will not work.

You realize he’s 2-7 vs P5 in his last 9 games, right? You also realize he’s seriously outgunned all but one of those opponents in terms of talent, right? Yes, even w our QB and line issues, Mark had light years more talent.

One more thing... recruiting is starting to collapse, (as it should), so don’t be counting on a talent upgrade.

Agreed. I defended Richt early on but these colossal mismanaged situations are not only showing cracks in his shiny armor, it’s splitting into gaping holes. His hiring of Jon as his QB coach started the down spiral. If we had hired a legitimate QB coach think of where Perry, Weldon, and Williams development would be compared to the crapshow it is now. Then there’s Searles - the guy cannot coach OL’s to save his ****. Those 2 massive blunders have us in the situation we face now. Oh, and pulling his limp **** out wagging it around thinking he could call offensive plays. Either the guy is dumb (yes, we can question his intelligence now given all these factors) or he’s a blind fool. He should’ve bit the bullet and hired an OC for this season. With all the talent we have at TE/RB/WR, it’s being wasted on FCS QB play and an offensive line that couldn’t block for Marist College.

The time is now Richt - eat a huge piece of humble pie, hire an OC, move Jon elsewhere (I don’t care where, just off this coaching staff), and fire Searles. There’s plenty of innovative OC’s out there that would die for a shot at playing with the incredible offensive tools we have amassed. Get the dead weight off the team, and hire a new OL coach. If it’s a lack of S&C, then fire Felder too. Because if you don’t make these changes ASAP, your head will be served up to the guillotine.
