I agree, my guess is bringing the Bama/Saben background into croots homes can only be a plus.

He’s a good fit. Stolen from Bama, has HC experience in case our boy Manny needs some mentoring, not from Temple, not another Luouisana Tech dude, did I mention stolen from Bama, Mahayana has not impressed me much but this hire has some meat to it.

Defense will take a step back next season
New guys need to get their feet under them.

Offense though should be a good bit better.
I’m hoping a turnaround on that side like the defense did when Manny took over as DC

Overall better outcome immediately
