What does Enos hire mean?

The guy has credibility on the “street”. Kids are going to want to come to be part of his offense. Like it or not bama is the gold standard and he did well there.
I agree, my guess is bringing the Bama/Saben background into croots homes can only be a plus.

And what exactly is the board supposed to discuss on the day a new OC is hired.

If u guys don’t wanna read discussions about a new OC, u shoulda be on a Miami football board.

I enjoy reading all of them and occasionally comment. Was being sarcastic myself.

He’s a good fit. Stolen from Bama, has HC experience in case our boy Manny needs some mentoring, not from Temple, not another Luouisana Tech dude, did I mention stolen from Bama, Mahayana has not impressed me much but this hire has some meat to it.

Not sure how I should be feeling right now. My feelings are ehhh...
50 years old, not exactly the young up and comer I would have liked, now is he the crafty proven OC.
Is he a good recruiter?
Are there any Bama croots that will follow him?
P.S. As long as D stays true, any decent QB along with any type of offensive scheme will produce many more W's

Defense will take a step back next season
New guys need to get their feet under them.

Offense though should be a good bit better.
I’m hoping a turnaround on that side like the defense did when Manny took over as DC

Overall better outcome immediately

LOL, 50 is young my man. You obviously are either very naive or no have concept of age & maturation.
50 sounds about right to accumulate a fair amount of life experience and football knowledge. How about y’all kids give this young man his due. I’m in🙌🏿Go Canes
