What could CMR do today that would give you hope?

Put a "for sale" sign in either his or L'il Jon's front yards.
Asking around for reputable moving companies would be a further step back to hope.

No, I am not the thread police, nor do I care to be. However, I would love to come home from a good/hard day of work and come to this site to find valuable info, without having to sift through a bunch of the same redundant ****, which is more than likely, ****, that is being spewed by grown men who....
1. Has a wife/girlfriend, but can't get ***** (she's f'ucking another guy)
2. Unsure about his sexuality, which is why his wife/girlfriend is f'ucking another guy.
3. Needs his mother to tell him that everything is going to be okay, becuase his wife/girlfriend is f'ucking another guy.
4. ..is not a grown man, but is a little *****, who has weekly "get together's" at the mall or some random skating parks to discuss Richt sucking, because he heard his father talk about it amongst his work buddies. Clearly his father has nothing else to do, due to the lack of ***** that he was receiving at home, because his wife/girlfriend is f'ucking another guy.

I am all for dialogue that is of substance. Being in your feelings, because your ***** has not been licked in a while, is another matter.

Get *****, or go get your ***** licked!

quit and donate his buyout and previous 3 years salary that he stole to on campus stadium. Promote Diaz.

How is next season going to be sooo bad? Look at the schedule and the teams we face. It's pathetic and easily manageable behind even a average offense. Richt and his staff while just being average can navigate that schedule. 9-1 with Florida being the only loss. UNC, GT, Louisville all with new coaches who have to rebuild/retool. Central Michigan just went 1-11. Duke loses Daniel Jones and a bunch of Seniors that started for them. Florida State loses starters on a already bad defense. Virginia loses almost their entire starting secondary. Pitt showed that they can't stretch the field at all when you stack the box and blitz Pickett every down.

No matter how much you guys want to believe next season is going to suck, it won't. NOT BECAUSE RICHT IS GOOD BUT BECAUSE ALL THE TEAMS HE FACES NEXT YEAR ARE THAT MUCH WORSE.

On a serious note: no better time to fire Searles than now.We have ZERO O Line recruits committed and Neal is not coming. Can't lose what we don't have so, give him the pink slip and bring someone of quality onboard. Woo them with the promise of a new OC/Play caller and offensive scheme.

He needs to fire Searles and his son, hire an OC, and if he doesn't he needs to go. Unfortunately i don't think anything happens.
 
Fire Searles and demote Jon, or put up 40+ offensive points on Wisconsin. Both of which I just finished dreaming about.
 
Admit he is better suited as a CEO-type HC by hiring a top OC to run the offense best suited to Miami's talent and recruiting base. Allow the OC to revamp the offensive staff as necessary.

He would recognize his limitations, realize we are declining, step down as coach, and go be a missionary far away from S Fla.

Fire Jon. Don't move him to a different position so he can play this game all over again when he think Jon is "ready". But straight up ends his time on staff.
He fires Jon, it shows he actually cares about winning & not building his son's resume'.
 
I'd like him to admit he's addicted to Ambien and check himself into a rehab facility that specializes in shock therapy by attaching electric probes to his nutz which are shocked every five minutes and as long as necessary until he admits he has failed the University of Miami, the players, and the fans, especially the non slurpers on CIS who saw he was terrible coach and was robbing them of their right to celebrate another National Champipnship and the hardship they had to endure from idiotic posts which insanely believe that their savior was miraculously going to change into JJ after decades of ****** coaching using only 4 plays or he was going to hire a hot shot OC and turn over the reigns to him after his emphatically said he was not giving up play calling in spite of recruits decommitting daily, but never fear Santa Claus is here.
