Any OC who want to be a head coach should want this job. This job is set up for you to win and move up. Also Manny Diaz is a year or two away from being a HC. Richt doesn’t have the luxury to *** around. If I was Richt I’ll go for Stephen Gilbert from USF. Also I’ll settle for Ken Dorsey (he developed Newton)
