You don’t think will atleast also get a new special teams coach too? I mean that unit is just as bad as the offense, if not worse.

What's needed is a new OC, Qb coach, RB coach, O line coach, and special teams coach. But most of those will not happen.

Maybe..but corching what? You know how desperate you have to be to have this guy coaching your QBs?
Jon Richt can stay as long as he’s not a position coach. Offensive analysts or some other BS position to pay him a salary.
Richt needs to make a statement with a splash OC hire to get momentum and excitement back.

We are assuming he has to make changes but in reality he doesn’t have to do anything.
Who is going to force him to make changes?
They didn’t force Golden to make changes why would they force Richt?
Changes are obviously needed but if Richt does want to make them they won’t happen.
