Yes....I want Al gone, but in the event he is still around what coaches should be kept?
Offense
Coley: I say keep. Yes, he needs to mature some as an OC, but he has shown promise and he recruits like a ****.
Kehoe: Please Go. Yes, Kehoe has been around forever, but with all the players to the NFL Miami has sent, Oline is an area that has the least amount of players. He has lived off of the Romberg, McKinney, etc years, but I still remember the 1992 offensive line that had a TE playing tackle and the 1994/95 Orange Bowl...among many other areas. Kehoe talks a lot...but produces less. Time for new blood. Send him out with dignity, he deserves it, but we need a new guy to run the oline.
Carroll: Im 50/50
Scott: Keep. He has done a great job with the TEs.
Ice: Keep

Defense
No D....GONE
Jethro....see above
Williams....worst DB play by UM DBs that Ihave ever seen have come under this guy.....BYE
Brown...Keep

And let's get a competent special teams coordinator.....this area has gone from pathetic to the abortion since Golden took it over.

Thoughts?

We need a WR coach that can both recruit the TOP NOTCH WRs and develop them...There is no reason a WR looks at kaaya and not say I I want to play with that kid for the next 3-4 years

GUT everything on the defensive side of the ball

100 percent with you on this list from top to bottom.

Gonna be hard to fire a coach with a top 15 d, i would love to see coley moved into a beard baez like position and just recruit because he is horrendous as a offensive cord

While I agree with your assessment of Coley, he is a solid QB coach as while. So, he need to be in the same roll as with FSU under Fishbo. Someone correct me on this but I think he organized the offense during camp and practice but Fish called the plays during the game. He also served as the QB coach and lead recruiter. He needs a similar roll here provided we can find a blood-thirsty OC that will lay fifty on you and go 5wide with 2 minutes left in game trying to git mo!

keep thinking that when top teams get 300 rushing a game makes it easy to fire him. Them stats are padded we all know this nothing to see here.

Who will fill the positions knowing Al is on his last year ( it will be )
What must be done eventually must be done immediately!

On board with OP except not so much with Art. Oline does not have the same benefit of being in talent rich area as the skill positions do. SoFl has never been the happy hunting ground for oline. The Canes had NFL talent at skill positions and dline long before Howard, turning out some of the all time greats. That is not the case on oline. Given the horrid defensive coaching we have put up with, I certainly live with Art, especially considering his recruiting on late.

The defense stats are padded huh we were a top 15 defense missing figs aqm etc etc with no depth at all pretty remarkable to say the least now the offense we had skilled guys everywhere yet we were horrid

And yes qb coach would be perfect for coley

HC Golden: Should 100% go(but won't so must move on)

OC Coley: Keep(has done a great job with a FR QB as QB coach and is our best recruiter on staff even though he is still learning as an OC)

WR Carrol: Keep(is a solid recruiter)

OL Kehoe: Keep(unless we could somehow bring back Cristobal to be our OL coach and recruiting coordinator and possible assistant HC)

RB Ice: Keep(only b/c we don't want him recruiting local kids to programs like F$U/UF/L$U etc...)

TE Scott: Keep(has done a great job with Clive this year and is a great recruiter)

THE THREE ASSISTANT COACHES STILL ON THIS STAFF LEFT OVER FROM TEMPLE MUST GO, THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS COACHING AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI(Same with Golden, but we no longer care about our football program)

DC O'nofrio: MUST GO!(one of the worst coaches I've ever seen and doesn't even recruit, get the F@#k outta here!)

DL Franklin: MUST GO!(can't develop **** and can't sign a quality DT to save his life, get the F@#k outta here!)

DB Williams: MUST GO!(can't develop anyone either and has underachieved the most when considering the quality talent he has on this team at DB, oh and he has missed on tons of top local DBs, get the F@#k outta here!)

LB Brown: Keep(he is one of our top recruiters and the only bright spot on the defensive staff, maybe move him to DB coach since that is what he played here)

If it comes to the point that Al ends up staying which I am against. These would be the moves I would make. Move Brown to DB's.

If Golden isn't let go I doubt you see any moves except guys who have some options moving on from this cluster ****. I wouldn't be shocked to see a guy like ICE move on. If I'm UF I give him a call.
